• Contact / booking form: first name, last name, email, company, website, questionnaire answers (main challenge, average deal value)
• Potential calculator: values entered (average deal value, conversion rate, prospect volume) — not sent unless the form is submitted
• Calendly booking: name, email, chosen time slot
• Newsletter (Substack): email address, on voluntary sign-up
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics), if enabled: browsing data, cookies

Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to contact requests and proposing a sales call — legitimate interest (B2B prospecting)
• Sending the newsletter — consent (voluntary sign-up, unsubscribe anytime)
• Measuring site audience — consent / legitimate interest depending on configuration

Recipients and processors

Data is processed by Kathleen Thierry and by the following technical processors: Google (BigQuery for contact data storage and, where enabled, Google Analytics), Vercel (site hosting), Calendly (appointment booking), Substack (newsletter management). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under appropriate contractual safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Contact form data is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to kathleen@scrutelead.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
